A DC alumnus, Frank has performed with artists such as James Blood Ulmer, Peter Fluid, and Harvey Swartz.
Currently a member of Brand X, his playing on their CD X-Communication has received rave reviews. He has toured the U.S. extensively
with Brand X and Europe with Percy Jones. Frank also appears on the new Brand X album Manifest Destiny. His teaching focuses
